Calisa Rhose ~ A is for April 2015’s A to Z Challenge! #MFRWAuthor #blogging #AZChallenge
Osiyo~
Welcome and hello! First off, some of you might have seen this post, or rather part of it, go live yesterday and now again this morning. Yesterday was an ‘oops.’ I accidentally hit Publish while drafting this post and had to start all over.
is for~
April, and the Pen of the Dreamer aka the Ranch will be participating in the A to Z Challenge again this year. Last year I made it through about four days before life overtook my challenge and I lost. This year I’m shooting for a week. 😆 Just kidding! I’m shooting for the whole month. I did aim that high last year, but when you care for a middle school child and a child-minded adult, well life sometimes (ok, most times) is not my own.
So what will I be blogging about? I hope you’ll visit to find out, because I don’t really know what will jump out of my head on any given day. I’m going freestyle this year. Some bloggers, there are 544 signed up!, have chosen to blog on a theme. I’m curious what they will blog about for 30 days in one area and I’m sure those blogs will be exceptional. I didn’t think I could do that this time, so I’ll be blogging this month about whatever comes up. After all, here on the Ranch we like to keep things loose and fun!
So, thank you for visiting and I’ll be hopping to as many posts this month as I am able. If you’d like to join the hopping fun during April to see what 544 people are chatting about, you can find all the participants on the A to Z site.

Hi! Just visiting from the A2Z. Now I’m really looking forward to what your posts will be about each day 🙂 Mine last year was random, and it’s a lot of fun coming up with things to write about. Good Luck on your blogging adventure!

I’m looking forward to reading your posts throughout the challenge! I did a “freestyle” approach last year and am trying for a more structured approach this year, themed and all mapped out. I’m curious which approach I will determine I like better at the end of the month!
Good luck and happy writing!! 🙂

I tried to be structured last year in that I wrote a weeks’ posts ahead of time and it didn’t work for me that way. I’m not sure I could manage a month of posts on the same topic, so I decided not to. I’m making my way through as many of the blogs as I can and I wil make the extra effort to visit those who visit the Ranch. Good luck to you! I know you’ll find that happy medium you need.

Hi there!
I’m stopping by during the A to Z Challenge. I enjoyed your post today and hope you get the chance to check out my blog sometime during this month. I’m a children’s book author and I’m reviewing different books. Good luck with the challenge!

I will definitely stop by, Donna! I have a children’s story (maybe series?) my granddaughter wants me to put to paper. It started as a bedtime story I would tell her each night that became a growing adventure fantasy. Maybe we can talk. Good luck on your A to Z challenge!

LOL At this point in my life I’d gladly accept two weeks, J.S! Though 30 days will be more satisfying. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!
